Nicho has been with the Clayton family for nearly 43 years. From the beginning he has overcome many obstacles such as learning English taught by Dotty Clayton. He has created his family within these acres all three of his children were born and raised on the farm. Nicho is the Forman of the crew which includes eight full time and many seasonal employees. Nicho has many roles throughout the orchards, he takes part in tractor driving, spraying, maintain the farm working housing and farm equipment.
